INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE

  • Project managers and team members in the oil and gas sector

INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE

The internship is designed to be structured, providing both practical application and learning opportunities.
Interns will be involved in various aspects of project management, including but not limited to

1. Project Planning:
  • Assisting in defining project objectives and scope.
  • Participating in stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.
  • Aiding in the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
2. Execution and Monitoring:
  • Supporting the project team in resource allocation and management.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance against established benchmarks.
  • Participating in procurement processes and vendor communications
3. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
  • Learning about HSE compliance and regulations.
  • Assisting in risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Contributing to emergency response planning efforts.
4. Technology and Innovation:
  • Exploring technological tools and software used in project management.
  • Assisting in data management and analysis for optimization of project performance.

5. Project Closure:

  • Supporting the project team in post-project evaluations and reporting.
  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.

INTERNSHIP DURATION
